Program Overview

Kutana Your D.R.E.A.M. is an 8-week academy designed to equip high school students with the tools to succeed in business, career, and life. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world experiences, students will master financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, and workforce skills while being grounded in values and community support.

Students will leave the program with:
✅ A polished business pitch project
✅ Workforce-ready skills & certifications
✅ A personal mentor team (business + community/faith leader)
✅ Access to site visits, professional networks, and career opportunities

Expert Sessions & Mentorship Circles

Finale: Pitch Fest & Celebration

Mentorship Integration

Weekly Mentor Circles: 20–30 min reflections and project feedback.

Experiential Learning

Students gain real-world exposure through four curated site visits to local financial institutions and other businesses/organizations.

Expectations for Students

Dress Code: Business professional (khakis & polo minimum, full suit encouraged).

Attendance: On time, every time. 3 tardies = dismissal. Special cases require communication with the Program Director 2 hrs prior.

Conduct: Active participation, respect for peers, mentors, and site hosts.
